Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized agent may submit a takedown notice to us via the DMCA contact method outlined below.
As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from copyright infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a valid and good-faith infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (such as the specific URL);
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, including full name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and fax number (if available);
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please note that Title 17 USC §512(f) provides for civil liability, including damages, costs, and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a DMCA infringement notification.

Please be aware that we may share the identity and details of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that your information and claim may be communicated to the alleged infringing party.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you believe that material you posted on Hostsatis was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification pursuant to 17 USC Section 512(g)(3). The counter notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found).

Repeat Infringer Policy
Hostsatis takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain records of copyright infringement notices and make reasonable efforts to identify repeat infringers. Users who are found to repeatedly violate our copyright policies may have their access to the Site or related services terminated.
